My Sis...

This poem is about my friend from the kindergarten days, who is now my sister and my best and most dearest friend. The poem is a long one, but if you read it completely, you will know a lot about one of the most important persons in my life.


As the days go by, so do months and years,
We will cherish these memories that will bring on tears.
Each moment an amazing one,
Sad, happy or full of fun.
We have been together since the kg classes,
Each one standing out differently among the masses.
Our friendship has increased as each day went by,
And you know that its not long before it will touch the sky.
We have been friends for years seventeen,
I pray to God that it continues till life's tween.
But for all this, your stay in Pune was that mattered the most,
As this is the exact time when we became such good dost.

You are a sweetheart, a damn sexy sis,
Thats your characteristic that I really miss.
We are so far, yet so near,
You are by my side, always dear.
Sometimes I think, why cant you be calm and cool,
And then I realize thats coz you are an emotional fool.
But though you are in any mood,
You are a gourmet of good food.
Stuffed tomato, litchi juice will be a part of your fav list,
Italian food, marsh mellows and ice cream will form the gist.

Your mood may vary according to any1 who feels is close to you,
But the situation changes instantaneously by the wonders you do.
For everyone you meet, you have a bug smile.
I hope thats eternal, like the great Nile.
This is why you are trusted by many,
You know their deepest secrets or even agony.
Anywhere you go, to meet you, people always crave.
And I am sure, this will continue till their grave.
You are the centre of attraction,
You bring life to every celebration.

You are unpredictable, a true enigma,
Simple, pure, but mysterious like the magma.
The best feature of yours is you speak out whatever you have on your mind,
Without worrying whether its harsh, rude or kind.
You can get nasty, when you get pissed.
Then its tough for you to get pleased.
As you say, this is the worst quality you had,
But trust me honey, this will never make you bad.
There are times when we differ in the way we think,
Which then causes misunderstandings in a blink.
But with the strong understanding that we have as a link.
We are able to resolve all the issues in a wink.

When you walk for a distance, your ankle will pain,
Coz that has now been in a permanent sprain.
Everyone has tried telling you to take care.
But the stubborn that you are, your ankle is now beyond repair.
That reminds me of your love for trekking.
You can go nuts to enjoy the views mesmerizing.
The thing is that you like to try out everything,
May it be binge party, rock climbing or rappling.

People feel blessed to just have you as a friend.
Nut imagine my luck,I have you as a sis and also my girlfriend.
Darling, of my life, you are an integral part,
